HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Windsparrow Studio offers wholesale to qualified buyers. Simply fill out our Wholesale Application and we’ll get back to you right away!
To order: Shop our collections individually, use our Wholesale Ordering form, or email your order with a list of SKU numbers and quantities to email@example.com. You’ll receive a detailed invoice including shipping when your order is received.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Buyer will be charged shipping in addition to wholesale order.
Payment due when order is placed.
Windsparrow Studio accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), PayPal invoicing, and checks. Please make checks payable to Windsparrow Studio. Orders prepaid by check will ship once the check is cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Net10 may be requested after 3rd reorder.
Net30 is not offered at this time.
Orders ship from our studio in Port Townsend, WA. Shipping is not included in the wholesale prices listed. Shipping cost will be added to your invoice when your order is placed. FOR USA ORDERS ONLY: Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate box) or UPS Ground (for larger orders). FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Contact Windsparrow Studio.

Windsparrow Studio does not accept returns.
No cancellations or exchanges once payment is made.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please report damages or defective merchandise within five days of receipt. Note that refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. Windsparrow Studio is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
Orders are hand made one at a time and we do get BUSY! Turn-around time is generally 2-3 weeks, but can be longer during certain times of the year. Please check in for updates on turn-around times. ORDER EARLY TO BE SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR LOVELIES IN TIME!
We honor selective distribution agreements with existing accounts. However, if you have a gallery in a large city, we will sell to other galleries in that city as long as they are a reasonable distance from you. We will manage exclusivity for separate lines in the same area on a case-by-case basis. To maintain exclusivity for your community, we require a minimum of $500 a year in wholesale purchasing for each line you carry. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to seek another exclusive dealer.
It is preferred that any images of Windsparrow Studio’s work be of professional quality. We will happily supply photos upon request. Windsparrow Studio’s photos and copy on the internet may be used with prior permission.
PACKAGING AND DISPLAY
Scarves, Skinny Scarves, and Ponchos come neatly folded and secured with elegant paper label bands. Hangtags are attached inside. Headbands have coordinating label. Tea towels come with a descriptive tag tied with a grosgrain ribbon. Flags are packaged in a clear bag with header showing designs and suggestions for use. All items are easy to handle and display.
