Payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) or Paypal at time of ordering.
SHIPPING
Orders ship from our studio in Port Townsend, WA. Shipping via USPS Priority Flat Rate (to ensure a quick and easy delivery, your package will have tracking and be insured).
RETURNS
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order!
No cancellations or exchanges once payment is made.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please report damages or defective merchandise within five days of receipt. Note that refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. Windsparrow Studio is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
TURN-AROUND TIME
We aim to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders generally ship within 5 business days, though some delay may occur during our busiest times. All orders must be paid before going into production.
